Gourmet Restaurant A generous cuisine that's good for you," reads the caption. We're forced to agree: in this den of regulars (you have to want it to lose yourself in this boulevard near the railroad tracks), everything always goes well and in the best possible atmosphere. You can happily pick and choose from the menu of the moment, doubly savoring a place where you can choose whatever you like: razor clams au gratin with snail butter, Parra's Basque blood sausage, taglioni with mushrooms and bresaola, sweetbread fricassee.... And bottles galore add to the cordiality.
