Chef's Restaurant A president for all Lyonnais! Christophe Marguin, the highly influential leader of the Toques blanches lyonnaises, has a mind as sharp as his knives. He knows Lyonnais cuisine like the back of his hand. And in this home, as welcoming as a bistro and as distinguished as a fine table should be, between the Tête d'Or and the Rhône, he brings together good taste. From a superb terrine of scallops, to a pâté en croûte of the finest savoir-faire, like the gourmet, swarming frogs, and relying on amateur products, Miéral poultry, farm pigeon, this presidential table is naturally unanimous. Service overseen with talent by Nicole Marguin, with a strong classic Rhône and Burgundy cellar.
