Its terrace in the heart of the village makes it an unmissable venue, where you can enjoy a cuisine far removed from coastal conveniences, a pâté croûte, a crisp of Philippe Caset's black pudding and chipirons, a bouquet of wild shoots with roasted hazelnuts, a steamed sea bass and poached oysters, celery risotto with herbs, creamy noilly broth, Iberian pluma rubbed with juniper and roasted a la plancha, fine mousseline of pumpkin, granny apples and chanterelle-flavored jus, Russian with peanut praline, caramelized chouchous and verbena cream, fromage blanc ice cream.
