Gourmet Restaurant Already ten years old, and a reputation that continues to grow, thanks to Claude Calvet and his team's personalized welcome, sincere taste for local cuisine and the genuine pleasure of sharing. Its terrace in the heart of the village makes it an unmissable venue, where you can enjoy a cuisine far removed from coastal conveniences, a pâté croûte, a crisp of Philippe Caset's black pudding and chipirons, a bouquet of wild shoots with roasted hazelnuts, a steamed sea bass and poached oysters, celery risotto with herbs, creamy noilly broth, Iberian pluma rubbed with juniper and roasted a la plancha, fine mousseline of pumpkin, granny apples and chanterelle-flavored jus, Russian with peanut praline, caramelized chouchous and verbena cream, fromage blanc ice cream.
