Gourmet Restaurant A friendly farmhouse in the heart of the Basque Country, for a country weekend in a green landscape. The farmhouse pushes authenticity to the limit, with its adorable guest rooms and country-style decor, small furniture, picture frames on the wall and a large fireplace. On the plate, the Duplaissy family's cuisine is based on products and compositions that go straight to the heart of the matter: txangurro ravioli, taloa with caramelized pig's trotters, meat jus and herb salad, langoustines and bisque risotto, guinea fowl ballotine with chard, stuffing, chestnuts and mushrooms, rum baba and candied grapes.
