We love this pretty seaside house, overlooking the Atlantic amidst exotic vegetation. The view is breathtaking, and immediately whets the appetite for David Cerisier's reinterpretations. These include brouillade, perfect egg, ventrèche and blue espuma, hake with parsley crust and mashed potatoes with herbs, onglet de boeuf and gratin with bacon and ewe's milk cheese, crêpe soufflé with orange and Grand Marnier.
