Sponsored Originally from northeastern Italy, between Venice and Trieste, Didier D'Incau has enriched his trattoria with traditional family recipes. In the kitchen, Dilan Sanchez poetizes directly imported raw materials (mozzarella, smoked ricotta, burrata, pasta, charcuterie...) and fresh local produce, often organic. A dozen pizzas are on the menu, with a tomato, cream of spinach or butternut base depending on the season. The dough is hand-worked from ancient wheat and left to rest for 24 to 48 hours, to make it easier to digest and more flavorful. Osso bucco with gremolata (orange, lemon and parsley zest) and picci pasta is the signature dish of the house, but the rack of lamb with herb crust and Sicilian pistachios is also a real treat! For dessert, try the homemade tiramisù or the torta caprese, a gluten-free chocolate cake (almond powder replaces the flour), che bello! In summer, the terrace under the bastide's arcades invites you to enjoy a taste of calm and freshness. Concerts once a month on Wednesday evenings in low season and two Fridays a month in summer.
