Chef's Restaurant An experience for all the senses in the heart of red Périgord, with this splendid 16th-century château, its Renaissance frescoes, columns, period stonework and extensive grounds. The moment is inevitably a little lordly, well nurtured by the talents of chef Didier Casaguana, who has been at the helm for over twenty years. Large menus, starting at €82, celebrate the product, notably through signature dishes such as the blue lobster and pan-fried liver salad.
