"In the heart of the Château Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards, Les Sources de Caudalie played a pioneering role in laying the foundations for luxury wine tourism in the Bordeaux region back in 1999, earning the most coveted of awards in 2016, the "Palace" label, which salutes a place as sumptuous as it is atypical. Nestled in a bucolic setting and all different, the 62 rooms and suites are spread across six houses, decorated in turn with local antique furniture or in a colonial spirit. Not far away, the famous spa, specialized in vinotherapy, offers a range of treatments combining the benefits of warm spring water, rich in minerals and trace elements, with scientific discoveries about vines and grapes. Guests come here for these exceptional cures and, on site, to savour the delights of La Grand'Vigne, a remarkable gourmet restaurant led by chef Nicolas Masse, with a 16,000-bottle cellar. The perfect symbol of luxury and the art of living."
