A great, central, modern bistro that catches the eye and whets the appetite with a diverse menu that celebrates both Corsican cuisine and the latest trends: octopus acras with “chien” sauce, skate wing terrine with peppers, wild garlic aioli, risotto with asparagus, morels, and peas… Finish with a banoffee or Corsican sheep’s-milk tomme cheese with homemade jam. Burgers and fish and chips are available as specials.
