Gault&Millau's review 2025

This is one of Cap Corse's most famous "American houses" (so named because they were built in the 1900s by families returning home after making their fortune in the USA). Transformed into a hotel 30 years ago and surrounded by a park dotted with palm and orange trees, this beautiful building now boasts 40 rooms and suites with vintage furniture, natural fabrics and beautiful antique floor tiles. Two swimming pools, a treatment area with massages and 100% Corsican cosmetics by Intimu complete the offer of this charming refuge, nestled in the heart of Erbalunga...
