Gourmet Restaurant

A modern and inspired restaurant, in a prime location on the market square, overlooking the harbor. Well-crafted menus and, above all, a clear and compelling menu that makes you want to try everything: scallops au gratin with sabayon and seafood sauce, oxtail stuffed like cabbage with mustard ice cream, “modern” aziminu, confit and smoked octopus, and even the chocolate-hazelnut soufflé to order at the start of the meal. The service is friendly and generous with explanations, as well as with expert recommendations on the island’s wineries.
