Gault&Millau's review 2026

On the square above the port, this young restaurant, which last year made it into the 109 Gault&Millau list, has everything it takes to succeed: a connoisseur's cellar, run by the owner who talks about it with erudition, and a skilful chef who knows his products and producers, and brings them to the fore with finesse: the hummus with cumin, meat juice and bell pepper coulis is well seasoned, the red tuna tartare is fresh, the homemade linguine, with Jean-Claude Giusti's boutargue, excellent, as is the catch of the moment, a sea bream with fried pulentina and good vegetables.
