Gourmet Restaurant A new restaurant to follow, a little ray of sunshine on this pretty square near the port, where A Mandria once stood. A new team full of enthusiasm to highlight Radiche, the island roots so well understood in this already ambitious €62 menu: tuna ventrèche confit, vegetables and beef ravioli (the vegetables are "granny's", the ravioli "grandma's", maybe that's a lot), the pig is nicely presented, with workmanship, melting tenderloin crispy cheeks fregola sarda siphon choron, strawberry ("my father's") in red wine giboulée strawberry red wine ice cream. Meticulously presented, pleasant service, good market menu at €35, serious choice of Corsican and continental wines: Leccia, Sant'Armettu, Canarelli for the island, Ogier, Clos des Fées, Germain, with a touch of negociant...
