Gault&Millau's review2026
A good address in a prime location on the port, where tourists flock. Given the location, prices are logically rather high, but the work is well done with serious sourcing: gravlax of mazzardu (mullet) boutargue and sauce vierge, bitello tonnato, cod aioli with kombu, lamb confit salsa verde, A Tinella cheeses and matcha tea strawberry rhubarb tartlet. Suggestions include peach fish and langoustines in crudo sauce vierge.
