One of the best options in the harbor—thanks to its location, of course, the ambiance, and the cuisine—which is quite refined and focuses primarily on local ingredients: vitello tonnato, line-caught sea bass with artichokes barigoule, fennel cream with virgin almond and lemon, cod aioli with kombu, lamb confit with salsa verde… Prices are on the high side; classic desserts; whole fish or locally caught langoustines are featured as specials; good selection of wines from the island.
