Authentic, down-to-earth Corsican cuisine that celebrates the region and its recipes in the most sincere way. The restaurant, located just above the harbor, may be a bit basic, but you’ll find plenty to enjoy with the cold cuts, Bastia-style anchovies, figatellu with polenta, ghialadicciu with potatoes, and pastizzu for dessert—or fiadone when brocciu is in season.
