Gault&Millau's review 2025

The house has charm, the view is superb and Chez Vincent is one of the Citadelle's leading addresses. The cuisine is up to date, moving away from terroir to fashionable dishes such as butternut chorizo gorgonzola velouté, the "bandit burger" with cheddar cheese, mafaldine with truffle... A good choice of wines, from Patrimonio and Calvi in particular.
