Chef's Restaurant For years, this restaurant has been a signature. You go to Francis as you would to a chef's best friend, as usual. With the certainty of being well received and well fed. The menus aren't extravagant, but it's the à la carte menu that allows you to indulge to your heart's content: foie gras, raw and cooked truffle salad with potato and parmesan, andouillette à la ficelle with mustard sauce, Corrèze veal with chanterelles and marsala jus, all in the ambiance that goes with the place, bon appétit et large soif as they say at Bocuse.
