Pierre Neveu's restaurant is a must in the region, independent and serious, offering gourmet cuisine in an attractive townhouse, with waxed concrete floors and large frosted stones. The chef offers two attractive menus at €65 and €90, where fine products are revisited, in three or six courses. Friendly welcome.
