Gourmet Restaurant On the main avenue leading to the city center, Christophe Forget is making his way in the best possible spirit, in a modern bistro style that doesn't exclude gastronomic mastery of the subject, with the right products. The fricassee of pig's trotters with cantal or veal brains with gribiche sauce, but also poached turbot with étrilles bisque, shellfish and squid risotto or veal in two ways, pan-fried medallion and confit in a potato leaf. Well-positioned menus at €35 and €41, a well-sorted cellar with nearby Bergerac and IGP Périgord winemakers.
