Gault&Millau's review2026
Don't be fooled by appearances, for behind this façade more reminiscent of the bistros of yesteryear lies an elegant vegetarian restaurant with a resolutely contemporary approach. Modernity doesn't mean coldness, however, with the decor tending towards a refined art deco style, and the kitchen offering colorful, engaging dishes. The recipes are interesting: a combination of onion confit, smoked scamorza mousse, fried capers and thyme bread powder, a risotto with green asparagus cream, eryngii snacked with miso, parmesan and hazelnuts, a celery millefeuille, celery parmesan cream, full-bodied juice and puffed barley, a dessert with apricot and lavender. Wines are also available to take away.
