It's a must for Mediterranean cuisine in the heart of the Marais, where you invariably feel at ease. It's a beautiful stone house not far from the Musée Pompidou, where the chef works in an open kitchen, confidently preparing beautiful tajines and couscous. The recipes are traditional and exemplary: briouats, kefta kebabs, fish tagines, farmhouse chicken and preserved lemon, pigeon pastilla, Berber couscous, merguez couscous... And oriental pastries.
