Gourmet Restaurant A timeless couscous station in the Marais, with just the right touch of quirkiness to appeal to local customers. And it's been working pretty well for ages, with a solid Mediterranean cuisine: stuffed sardines, briouates, méchouia salad, pastilla, kefta kebab, surrounding a range of tried-and-tested couscous and tajines (our favorites, apricot lamb mouse for the tajines, couscous 404 lamb merguez poultry kebab). We drink Guerrouane and tea with gazelle horns.
