A garden in the city and an apartment table in the heart of Paris, to discover new trends in a relaxed and slightly exotic setting. Launched by the 404 team, the establishment breathes a joyful air, distilling small ideas of today, drawing from all cultures: crispy gambas in kadaïf, chili mango mayonnaise, country terrine, lean and creamy mussel jus with vadouvan, roasted brocolini, veal chop with seasonal mushrooms, rice pilaf and yellow wine sauce, a strawberry tartar with combawa.
