Gourmet Restaurant Nostalgic impressions of Auvergne travel remain in this famous Embassy. There's plenty of time to relive the good times, with aligot sausage, Aubrac or Salers beef, or lentil salad with smoked trout. For the rest, the cuisine has gone a little off course, with octopus, risotto or veal from Ségala arranged in vitello tonnato with eggplant... On Thursday evenings in summer, we serve all-you-can-eat aligot sausage. The selection of regional wines (Terres d'Ocre, Pothiers, Sérol...) is pleasing.
