Gault&Millau's review2026
It’s one of the most famous Auvergne restaurants in Paris, a large half-timbered house that’s been in business since 1966! The experience is designed to be as exotic as possible, with period décor that retains its charm and hearty, well-prepared regional classics. On the menu: warm salad of green lentils from Le Puy and blond lentils from Saint-Flour; Parlan sausage and aligot; Salers beef tenderloin with pepper and French fries; roasted veal sweetbreads from Ségala, sautéed mushrooms, and aligot, as well as a classic chocolate mousse.
