Located just steps from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers, between the Montorgueil and Haut Marais neighborhoods, this boutique hotel has been generating a lot of buzz ever since it opened in 2017. It’s no wonder—the hotel has it all: 64 rooms and suites designed by interior architect Raphael Navot (blending solid wood, terrazzo, and steel) and unique spaces like the Veranda, a winter garden where guests can enjoy a drink, or rooms featuring balconies and terraces; a chic trattoria (the Ristorante National, beneath a luminous glass roof, with its large tree-lined terrace on Place Saint-Martin), a cicchetteria, a cocktail bar (the Herbarium, conceived by mixologist Oscar Quagliarini), and above all, an intimate rooftop that brings together travelers and Parisians from dusk until late into the night. Another highlight of this member of La Clé Group (which also owns the Bachaumont in the 2nd arrondissement) is a wellness area offering fitness classes, beauty treatments by the French brand Codage, and private coaching.
