Description
Sponsored Bistrot Saint-Pierre opened its doors in 2021 in a former 18th-century monastery. "I was seduced by the magnificent setting, with its panoramic view over the vineyards, as well as by this listed and atypical building," recalls Chef Romain Pelletier, a chef since the age of 15 and founder of the restaurant. Working with regional produce, he creates authentic traditional cuisine and revisits Burgundian traditions, with some inspiration from world recipes. Eclectic customers enjoy eggs en meurette, Burgundian beef burgers, snails and andouillette gratin. Several menus are available (weekly, fast-food and top-of-the-range), from €16 to €31. The establishment boasts a fine wine list, mainly from the region. In the afternoon, you can enjoy ice cream, tapas, charcuterie and cheese, or wine tastings. The modern, uncluttered decor blends with the calm of the surroundings. The young, attentive team, supported by Laura, Romain's assistant and best friend, is dedicated to making you feel welcome.
