It’s a beautiful establishment where you can savor the fine flavors of Burgundian specialties, prepared by Chef Michel Desrayaud. The seasonal menu features small pots of snails with parsley butter, a seafood casserole with a creamy shallot, mushroom, and tomato sauce, chicken thigh à la Gaston Gérard with tagliatelle, and crème brûlée with raspberries.
