Gourmet Restaurant The view from the dining room and terrace is memorable, especially at sunset, with the Mâconnais hills as a backdrop. This gentle landscape is a warm celebration of Burgundy, also present in glass and plate. The 3* hotel, rightly located on the wine route between Cluny and Tournus, upholds a fine local tradition, with menus starting at €40. Convincing reproductions include cassolette of Burgundy snails with tomato and parsley butter, fillet of trout with tarragon sauce and seasonal vegetables, and the famous boeuf bourguignon with poached pear in red wine and Breton shortbread. Good cellar.
