Chef's Restaurant A solid home between Tournus and Mâcon, a family atmosphere, the professional welcome of Elisabeth and Philippe Michel, all the indicators are in the green to guarantee a good stopover, including a few comfortable rooms. Here, we're aiming for a tradition dressed up by this Master Chef who's been cultivating fine produce here for a quarter of a century: marinated charolais langoustine bisque wasabi, caramelized sea bream pomelo black lemon pepper emulsion Timut, Bresse pigeon foie gras peas and broad beans corn coulis, just some of the dishes on the fine no-choice menus starting at €60. We finish with an impeccable soufflé and take advantage of a well-equipped Burgundy cellar.
