Chef's Restaurant Élisabeth and Philippe Michel offer a complete experience, an authentic immersion in the Mâconnais region down to the smallest detail. The charm of this stone house can be appreciated as much in the bedrooms as in the dining room, where a chic country-house atmosphere lives on. Here, the chef retranscribes the taste of the seasons with good intuition: a cream of white and green asparagus, shavings of cured ham and parmesan sorbet, a duck from the Dombes region and vegetables from the Vernay garden, a rice pudding, opaline tuile and caramelized pecans. From €40 to €130 for the seven-course menu.
