Here they’ll find a true culinary destination, a meticulous chef, quality ingredients, and expert execution in this contemporary setting near the castle. Florian Giraud, whom we’ve been following for fifteen years and who holds a “Young Talent” title, demonstrates consistent excellence and a commitment to truly homemade dishes: beautifully prepared snails, light and flavorful; ravioli on a vegetable consommé; Quintart pigeon roasted with thyme, served with a pepper jus and white asparagus; and a red fruit tart with vanilla and pink praline. The menu is short and expressive; the set menus offer no choices but are well-composed. An impressive Burgundy wine cellar curated by highly respected owners.
