Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the Viré Clessé vineyards, a beautiful, classic mansion well-equipped for ceremonies and seminars. Private diners are also welcome to stop in for a château-style meal, featuring traditional bourgeois fare: poached duck foie gras with sangria, quince and blackcurrant puff pastry, golden calf sweetbread, peppered artichokes and summer truffle, jus réduit with macvin, Gaston Gérard-style Bresse poultry, honeyed pear and Beaujolais saffron... Well-structured menus, attentive service and a well-stocked cellar of Mâconnais wines.
