Gault&Millau's review 2025

Here we are in a landmark of Burgundy's winegrowing history.... The first vines were planted here as early as the VIᵉ century, and today the 11h estate prides itself on producing some of the finest Pouilly-Fuissé Premier cru, organically grown. Guests come here to discover the château's marvelous vaulted cellars, take part in prestigious tasting sessions and stroll through the vineyards. After these experiences, it's off to one of the guest rooms in the former stables, or to the suite des Comtes on the second floor of the former dungeon, all decorated with period woodwork, fireplaces and parquet floors. Also worthy of mention is the Maison des Amis, which can accommodate up to 20 guests and offers a sumptuous view of the château, the park with its swimming pool and the surrounding vineyards.
