Well-positioned on Place Carnot, this modern bistro with its almost retro, wood-panelled front draws on its old-fashioned café setting to promote a cuisine that does well, in both lunch (€28) and dinner (€32) menus: confit pork belly with sweet potato purée and rosemary juice, buckwheat-stuffed portobello with goat's cheese cream and spinach pesto, rice pudding with caramelized hazelnuts for a pleasant, relaxed moment that's worth a small toque this year. Artisanal beer, small cellar.
