It's a discreet place, just off Perrache from Bellecour, for regulars with a flair for food. The cuisine is as meticulous as ever, in an ambience that lacks a little tone but doesn't change the good taste. The lunch menu is as imaginative as ever, costing €26, and the evening dishes look good at €42: tourteau céleri rave cervelle de canut sabayon miso, omble chevalier en basse température carotte chou beurre blanc, chocolat noir poire et praliné.
