Vegetable and virtue, the winning combo for Emily Dader, who opened this promising table in the autumn, where her imagination gallops seasonal vegetables in pretty and tasty compositions. The lunchtime menu costs €34, with a double bill in the evening for €68, and almost double the number of courses, as the lunchtime plates are repeated in the evening, giving you a good idea of what's on offer: hay and lovage broth, smoked chestnut, leaf-to-leaf root vegetables with pear and shallot vinaigrette, boulangère-style celeriac with tangelo onion juice and pumpkin praline, kiwi-kaki citrus rice pudding..
