In the heart of Paradou, an elegant stone building has been home to Jessica and Édouard's personal story since 2019. Having traveled the world and worked for others, they have found their home here. The terrace, sheltered from view, invites you to relax; the luminous dining room, punctuated by modern touches, dialogues with the warmth of ancient materials. The welcome is sunny, just like the house. On the plate, there are no frills: local produce is respected and soberly embellished. Three ingredients, for a clear reading and a clean taste. Like this superb composition of tomato, burrata and basil, enhanced by a touch of barbecue smoke and a subtle interplay of temperatures. While the Alpilles region is the main source of inspiration, the kitchen sometimes allows itself more distant escapades, such as a bonito, zucchini and dashi that transports you to Asia in a single bite. The patiently built cellar will delight Burgundy lovers.
