Provençal chic adjusted to tourism at Les Olivades, with Nancy Bourguignon's refined cuisine, inspired by fine produce and Provence. Here, we love truffles, foie gras and langoustines, in a rather pleasant family home atmosphere, but the chef also knows how to compose, with skill, on mackerel à la flamme, leek ginger soy, asparagus and shrimps, skrei beurre blanc and a good vacherin in a sequence adapted to 94 €.
