Gourmet Restaurant Practical and welcoming, this table on the edge of the village makes an effort to serve dishes prepared in a good spirit, with a touch of local ingredients, sauces and juices: medallion of vegetables with bacon and pot-au-feu broth, confit of maussane lamb with white bean purée and garlic jus, duo of poached pears with cocoa cookie and sorbet. The €41 menu offers a well-balanced sequence that's well worth the splurge.
