A member of the Fontenille Collection, this address, which opened in 2023, is located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher fell in love with an 18th-century bastide surrounded by gardens, nestled in the middle of a 15-hectare estate. Restored with the greatest respect for the history of the place (whitewashed walls, rattan and Provencal furniture), the building now features several rooms and suites, all with splendid views of cypress trees, umbrella pines and olive groves, the swimming pool and tennis courts. A charming place, ideally complemented by a table d'hôtes offering Provencal cuisine concocted using vegetables from the estate.
