Sponsored Bamboche Comptoir is a charming neighborhood bistro with a "comptoir des halles" atmosphere, in a convivial setting with an imposing raw concrete bar and oyster stall as its centerpiece. Just a stone's throw from the Marché d'Aligre and the Halle Beauvau, Thomas Boccard and Joffrey Joubrel breathe a provincial air into the place, echoing their respective terroirs: Auvergne and Brittany. After honing his skills in Lyon, Chef David Barberat, fresh from the USA, concocts an innovative, gourmet cuisine that is both creative and modern. The menu evolves with the seasons, using carefully sourced produce: Burgundy snails, razor clams, beef tartare, Parmentier... The house's emblematic signature is to be found in canaille dishes to be shared: prime rib, mashed sausage... Comforting plates! When the sun comes out, the terrace invites you to enjoy your favorite dishes. Bamboche Comptoir offers a convivial break, a drink at the bar and a homey atmosphere.
