You've got to find this Chinese restaurant known only to the initiated, where calm reigns in a very Asian simplicity. At the helm is the young chef, who prepares some remarkable dishes of his own, such as the maki-style eggplant rolls, the fragrant dim sum, and the sweet and savory free-range chicken in the right broth. The desserts themselves are well prepared, and the tea is just right.
