A marine stopover a stone's throw from the Aligre market. Inside, the light filters through a lively, wooded room, punctuated by the rhythm of the kitchen. The soft, fragrant cauliflower velouté sets the scene. The fillet of plaice, well cooked, deserves to be more expressive if it is to take root.
