Gault&Millau's review 2026

A marine stopover a stone's throw from the Aligre market. Inside, the light filters through a lively, wooded room, punctuated by the rhythm of the kitchen. The soft, fragrant cauliflower velouté sets the scene. The fillet of plaice, well cooked, deserves to be more expressive if it is to take root. The apple tart, simple and well-made, is elevated by a remarkable vanilla ice cream. In the dining room, the team is still finding its feet, but the intention is there. We return out of curiosity, hoping that the course will stabilize.
