Just a stone's throw from the Marais district, this former dye works has been transformed into a seductive 5-star hotel, under the direction of interior designer Juan Alvarez, who has decorated the 53 rooms and suites (including a 3-bedroom house with a garden) with the utmost taste - glass roofs, Pierre Frey fabrics, bespoke furniture created by craftsmen - all extended by charming little terraces. There's also an equally spectacular restaurant, with a large glass roof, a huge bar and a beautiful patio with an overgrown wall. Open daily until 10pm, the spa area houses a hammam, sauna and indoor pool. Last but not least, a small house with three bedrooms and a garden, ideal for families.
