Gault&Millau's review 2025

We go there for the atmosphere, the "rock'n roll cuisine", the slightly crazy side of the business, between the tapas and the burgers, and then we come back because, quite simply, in addition to the human warmth, there are some pretty good products (the charcuterie, the lovely matured entrecôte...), and good old-fashioned dishes, herrings, snails, chicken in vinegar.... All that's left is to work on the cellar.
