Gourmet Restaurant A modern, trendy and ambitious restaurant that knows how to entertain and think about today's cuisine, offering the city an engaging renewal. Gauthier Teissère's address has everything to please and succeed, with its meticulous decor that ticks all the trendy boxes, indigo and blond wood colors, natural elements with a touch of the exotic, a new and elegant spirit. As for the cuisine, the chef knows what he's doing and does it well: a good combination of cucumber, haddock, lime and dill oil, eggplant caviar, roasted feta, hazelnut and yuzu mousse, pig's cheek, candied peppers and tomato juice, rhubarb, strawberry and mint sweetness. Cellar studied (domaine Tessier, Pauline Lair, Sylvain Pataille, Rostaing-Tayard...).
