A reliable, go-to spot to experience the charm of the Saint-François neighborhood. In a chic bistro setting, Gauthier Teissère demonstrates truly impressive culinary skill perfectly tailored to his clientele. The €41 custom menu features excellent dishes with no clichés: shredded trout with lime and cucumber mousse; guinea fowl fillet with bell pepper and zucchini cream; caramelized onions with a reduced rosemary jus; and a strawberry puff pastry with verbena cream and strawberry-basil ice cream. A delightful selection of tapas for aperitifs, with a well-curated wine list (Grange Tiphaine, Breteaudeau, and Germain-en-Loire, for example).
