Gourmet Restaurant An elegant Normandy restaurant in the heart of the Saint-François district, where care and wisdom explain the twenty years of existence. The two Piquenot brothers logically favor regional products and specialties, brought together in top-notch compositions: fish, of course, the mackerel declination, tuna ceviche with apples and sesame, cod back with sauce vierge, then traditional fare, poultry supreme with neufchâtel, roast duck breast with honey and cider vinegar, an iced soufflé bénédictine and seasonal fruit.
