The Piquenot brothers look back on twenty-five years of service with a regularity that's as much appreciated as ever, establishing themselves as one of the benchmarks in the Saint-François district. Their classic style and meticulous attention to detail are the hallmarks of Norman cuisine: roast Vire andouille with caramelized onions, salmon steak with lemon butter, poultry supreme with camembert cream, Normandy entrecote steak and frangipane apple sablé.
