Gault&Millau's review

Selected Opposite the Volcan, the large brasserie is a perfect example of the genre, with its generous bourgeois spirit, extensive menu and serious tone, apt to attract business lunches à la Sautet. Of course, seafood takes center stage, but the kitchens offer all the classics: eggs mayonnaise, oxtail terrine with gribiche sauce, stuffed mussels, Burgundy snails, salads, prawn risotto, sole meunière, moules frites, côte de veau vallée d'Auge, veal kidneys with cream, baba au calvados... Platters are of course recommended.
