Ideally located between Villerville and Honfleur, this 17th-century manor house is in the purest Norman tradition. Nestled in a 7-hectare park of meadows and orchards, the property has been owned since 2018 by Grégory and Alexandra Guinard, who have undertaken a major restoration to restore it to its former glory. A successful gamble. The sumptuous wood and slate facade is back, and behind it lie 27 rooms and suites that blend the classic with the contemporary (fireplaces, period parquet floors and designer furniture by Roche Bobois). Determined to offer their guests all the services of a 4-star hotel, the couple have also installed a spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Le Capucine, led by Clément Biette, which serves local cuisine on a terrace overlooking the sea. Without doubt, one of the best addresses on the Normandy coast.
