Gault&Millau's review 2026

At the entrance to Les Halles, this brasserie-tea room is a good place to stop after shopping, for coffee or lunch. The menu doesn't fall short of the mark, offering new ideas from the market every day: oriental salad with white beans, cherry tomatoes and preserved lemon, pork in caramel sauce with sautéed zucchini and spaghetti, Italian fennel cake with vanilla ice cream.
