A must at Les Halles, where you'll find a taste of yesteryear both on the plate and in the decor, with its Art Deco interior, retro advertising and traditional dishes. The menu is exhaustive, with many classic recipes: os à moelle, smoked salmon à la ficelle, œuf cocotte, neufchâtel and grilled bacon, foie gras de canard, fish soup, salade normande, beef tartare, marmite dieppoise, monkfish kebab, andouillette 5A with mustard sauce, veal escalope with saint-marcellin, sautéed veal kidneys with mustard and fresh mushrooms, veal liver à la lyonnaise and crushed apples, crème brûlée flambé en salle, île flottante... A great atmosphere.
