Gourmet Restaurant The place is almost unusual in that it's a space and experience apart from the rest of the city, but one that deserves all the attention it can get. It's an astonishing manor house with a garden in the heart of the city, offering a breath of fresh air, like a country lunch a stone's throw from the pebbles. The kitchens don't take too many risks, but the moment is well worth it: razor clams stuffed with Espelette pepper butter, fillet of sea bream a la plancha and sauce vierge, roast cockerel with baby onions and truffled mayonnaise, a fine tart with warm apricots, rosemary and honey, yoghurt ice cream. Good service.
