Gault&Millau's review 2025

This beautiful address is first and foremost worthy of its geography: a 5-hectare estate set between the Seine estuary and Vasouy beach, accessible from the park. Michèle and Roland Boelen fell in love with this exceptional site in 1979, and went on to passionately restore the 17th-century Norman building. Transformed into a hotel in 1993, it is now owned by their daughter Marie-Pier, who continues the family adventure by offering guests just 9 rooms, whose refinement is nestled in every detail: a mix of wood and slate, sandblasted beams, precious natural linen... Equally spiritually appointed, the restaurant boasts a magnificent view of the estuary and a cuisine designed to respect the planet: short circuits, local producers and homemade delights. Last but not least, a mention for the wellness center, with its beautiful wood panelling, relaxation pool, fitness studio and yoga room, not forgetting, for the more sporty, the tennis court facing the sea.
