Gourmet Restaurant Kagy and Kinoshita, the surnames of the two chefs - the cook, Samantha, and the pastry chef, Kimiko - combine their talents in bistro format for one of the neighborhood's most interesting tables. Well-trained and mixing cultures (Japan, Vietnam, France), they offer an attractive, personal menu every day: crispy duck ravioli with consommé, scallops with Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnut emulsion with bouillabaisse, roast pigeon with smoked eel and salmis sauce, chocolate soufflé tart with coconut and hay. Two good menus, at €45, and at €70 in six courses, in a zen and geometric setting.
