Gourmet Restaurant Indomitable, indestructible Wally! The Berber tradition has its ambassador, who for forty years has been delighting us with that secret semolina that rolls silkily under the tongue, that ras el-hanout-scented broth, the chakchouka and of course the "Wally" couscous, a gift at €24.50. The atmosphere isn't trendy, the setting is typical, and the prices are low. If you opt for the tasting (with pastilla and couscous), add the unbeatable harira as a preamble.
