Gault&Millau's review 2026

We've loved each other so much, there's almost no need to say any more. The seed speaks for itself, so well rolled, so soft when it appears in the Saharan couscous that you just have to taste it to be convinced. The harira and pastilla, like the stuffed sardines, are worth the detour, and a menu nicely priced at €42 brings great pleasure.
